Perfect for a documentary filmmaker or editor (Picture or Sound), this Commercial rental share is good for the budget-conscious professional in Toronto.  At $1800/month for two offices and an entrance area that could double as a multi-workstation environment with a custom-built isolation booth in the editorial office (complete with patch-bay), the value for dollar is excellent.  Gerrard and Parliament is a great location near all sorts of clients for your work.
The existing tenant works in Descriptive Video and is hoping to find another tenant in the sound & picture realm, he has the two offices in the rear of the unit he uses, and wants to rent the first two offices in the unit.  He is open to various possibilities of sharing the space.  He is looking for at least a year sub-lease agreement.  Ample parking for tenants and clients in private front lot of building.
